Refund and Returns Policy

At Repair Room, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. However, if a purchase does not meet expectations, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Certain products, such as electrical components or custom-ordered parts, may not be eligible for return due to their nature.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact the Repair Room support team at info@repair-room.com to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions will be provided.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RA number may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent regarding the status of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned in non-resalable condition.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
  • Customers must notify Repair Room within 7 days of receiving the order to request an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue to info@repair-room.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • Repair Room will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical and electronic components
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Repair Room or a defective product.
  • For approved returns, Repair Room may provide a prepaid shipping label in certain cases.
